Revenue And Growth Manager - Platform

Revenue and Growth Manager will be responsible for the organization to achieve its Objective, Key Result (OKR) and / or KPI. Platform products serve as the infrastructure that is provided to all Business Units while providing growth / identifying opportunities of utilities / ancillaries revenue

• Develop hypothesis and data-driven recommendations of areas/initiatives to push various revenue levers in medium to long terms
• Drive cross-collaboration among functions such as product, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and legal team in achieving organization OKR
• Ensure achievements of the initial targets (P&L, business, scale, credibility, etc.) through means of innovative and creative problem-solving, as well as creative thinking
• Lead revenue and growth initiatives to ensure critical project's deliveries are on-time and on-point
• Support to develop/nurture team's capabilities in analysis and set up norms and system to effectively collect and document market knowledge as well as to ensure excellence in business operational process
• Envision short & medium term strategy for the organization, especially as a support function to other Business Units in Traveloka
• Provide support in discussions and negotiations with internal and external partners from other divisions and external partners to review arrangements and commercial contracts
• Ensuring the implementation of serviceable compliance and business process inside the organization
• Business and Financial Forecasting for Periodical (Annual / Quarterly) Planning

Requirements

• Able to think creatively to come up with new solutions
• Financially sound with proven ability to develop complex financial models and projection with sensitivity analysis
• Possess Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities with minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in Engineering, Finance, or Business fields are preferable. Having an MBA is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions
• Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 7 years of working experience, preferably in management consulting or business growth role.
• Good negotiator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to prioritize and work on several projects / initiatives simultaneously
• A quick and passionate learner to absorb new knowledge
• Good communication skill, both in writing and speaking.
• Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen, especially in leading projects and initaitives.
• Familiar using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
