We are a funded EdTech company looking to help international students study abroad at the best global universities. Founded by Indonesians from UC Berkeley & University of Cambridge with multiple experience working in EdTech and acquired startups. (You can learn more about us in www.unilite.ai)

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Head of Growth/Marketing working ~12h/week for 1-2 months, with the opportunity to convert to full-time. This job will be paid around ~6jt/month part-time and at least 25jt+/month full-time (including stock options)

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a jack of all trades. We only provide high-level instructions and expect you to learn on the go and execute projects end to end.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in marketing, social media or growth.
• Understands how to drive growth beyond just top of funnel marketing. (Conversion rates, analytics, etc2)
• Learn and work fast.
• Ability to communicate, speak and write in English fluently.
• Most importantly... excited to experiment and learn new things outside of what they already know.
• Demonstrable experience in developing successful social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, TikTok video editor, imovie, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all marketing and growth campaigns.
• You will literally do whatever it takes to drive user and revenue growth. This includes:
• Edit engaging video shorts (IG Reels, TikTok, etc)
• Optimize conversion rate, user growth and revenue growth.
• Ideate, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

Notes

• Preference to overseas graduates and graduates from well-known universities.
• Recent grads are welcome.
