5-8 years of growth marketing experience within Tech/Start up companies

Must have experience in developing marketing campaigns for customer lifecycle, subscription, membership, and retention.

Individual with a strong understanding of business acumen and analytical skills

Management consulting background is highly preferred

Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize rewards and loyalty programs effectively.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Develop a comprehensive rewards and loyalty strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities for improving customer retention and increasing loyalty program participation.

Utilize customer data and insights to segment the customer base effectively.

Use customer analytics and data-driven insights to optimize user experience, product offerings, and pricing strategies.

Proven experience in creating and executing successful growth strategies in the professional education industry.

Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, online training, and certification courses.

Excellent analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and customer analytics.

Executing marketing strategies by writing sales posts, sales email campaigns, etc (this will require top notch english writing skills)

10+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or related fields.

Experience working with online communities in building and facilitating content creation

Experience building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high performing teams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, startup environment

Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

Lead the overall performance of the business unit's product line, effectively managing the product life cycle, from planning, development, and launching.

Monitor and review the application development project within the scheduled timeline and budget.

At least 5 years experience in affiliate role, business development, strategy or project management role. Also experience in managing a team.

Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other business functions of the company.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with good problem solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, sound data analytical skills to utilize data and metrics in making business decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
