Job Description

We are currently seeking a Head of Growth for Product Alliance (a leading professional education company specializing in delivering high-quality educational programs to professionals in various industries). Our goal is to equip people with the knowledge and abilities required to excel professionally. In this thrilling position, you'll be in charge of crafting and implementing strategies to extend our company's influence and attract more customers.The perfect candidate understands the professional education sector, especially e-learning and certification courses, excels in a fast-moving environment, and is enthusiastic about building solid relationships with clients and team members.


Responsibilities


  • Develop customer segmentation models to better target prospects and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales programs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
  • Use customer analytics and data-driven insights to optimize user experience, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing growth team, including hiring, training, and development of team members.
  • Executing marketing strategies by writing sales posts, sales email campaigns, etc (this will require top notch english writing skills)
  • Create and execute innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Requirements


  • Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, online training, and certification courses.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledgable in webflow or sales calls (no accent)
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and customer analytics.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the professional education industry.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful growth strategies in the professional education industry.
