Accommodation Revenue And Growth Associate - Demand

This role will be responsible to manage Accom ID business, reporting to a Senior Growth Marketing Manager and work directly with VP of Marketing.

• Develop materials for communications with wider stakeholders; in forms of decks, spreadsheets, and others
• Identify risks of underperformance and generate hypothesis to reverse the trends
• Manage financial performance of Accom ID business; to assess performance, identify potential growth opportunities, plan and execute initiatives to realize growth plans
• Develop financial budget engine to estimate size of business growth levers for future strategic and execution planning; complexity of financial budget engine will vary depending on the needs and it will primarily be bottom-up financial / business modeling
• Conduct deep dive analysis; come up with approach, framework, and proposed analysis setups to understand correlation of drivers and results
• Lead project / initiative execution by driving and collaborating with other stakeholders including marketing, product, supply, pricing, finance, and other business units
• Establish understanding of the markets and competition as inputs to short, medium, and long term growth strategy

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance or Business fields from top local or overseas universities with minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
• A quick and passionate learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and take the learnings to the next level, bringing tangible business impacts
• Financially sound, with proven ability to develop complex financial models and projection with sensitivity analysis
• Prior working experience in real sector or consulting or technology companies is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with at least 3 years of working experience
• Good command of English language
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions
• Possess a strong drive to make things happen and making the world better through technology
