Job Description

AlloFresh is a joint venture company between Bukalapak, Trans Retail Indonesia, and Growtheum Capital Partners. Established in early 2022, we offer more than 150,000 SKUs that can be delivered in three hours to your doorstep.

The best part of marketing is being connected with many stakeholders! This role will help you to have much exposure in partnership, branding, and public relations. You will plan and execute marketing communication campaigns for AlloFresh Indonesia in all channels.


:

  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Analyze weekly performance growth levers and make recommendations for optimization
  • Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through optimized conversion rates and improved customer experience
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, including budgeting, campaign planning, and voucher strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align and implement growth initiatives effectively
  • Define topline targets and strategies, managing expectations across divisions, and collaborating with the finance team
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives
  • Identify and explore new features and initiatives to support overall revenue and growth goals
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects to improve key performance metrics, such as MTU, GMV, and revenue, while maintaining net margin
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align thought leadership and marketing efforts, attracting and engaging customers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Strong analytical thinking and campaign planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data extraction tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or other monitoring dashboards
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to excel under pressure
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably from the tech/e-commerce/ride-hailing industry
