We are excited to announce that our Multi Language Department is currently looking for a talented Growth Analyst to join our team.

Bored Panda Multi Language Department is dedicated to localizing content and delivering captivating stories to our global audience. We pride ourselves on identifying trends, staying ahead of the curve, and engaging with various channels to maximize our reach and impact.

We are looking for a talented and data-driven Growth Analyst to join our team and support our mission of localizing contents for diverse audiences worldwide.

What you will do:

• Create bi-weekly performance reports to track our progress, highlight achievements, and flag any concerns for our team to address.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for our headquarters, showcasing the effectiveness of our localization efforts and offering insights into how we can further optimize our strategies.
• Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and creating competitor analysis reports to inform our strategy and help us maintain our competitive edge in the content localization landscape.
• Generate data-driven recommendations for new channels, closing underperforming channels, and maintaining a keen eye on revenue data to support the overall growth of our International Department.
• Update posting guidelines in line with headquarters' strategies to ensure that our localized content consistently aligns with the overall brand vision and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive channel performance reviews and reports for YouTube and Facebook, evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.
• Run experiments as requested by our headquarters and director, ensuring that we are continuously innovating and testing new strategies to maximize our reach and impact.

What we expect:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, growth analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Youtube & Facebook Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, particularly YouTube and Facebook.
