We are seeking an innovative Growth Hacker with experience in the EdTech industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing growth techniques to increase our user base, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement unique, creative, and effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Leverage data-driven insights to understand our user base and market trends, and use this information to drive growth strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success) to optimize every aspect of the user experience.
4. Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analytical measurements to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
5. Monitor and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the EdTech industry and growth hacking field.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a growth hacking, marketing, or similar role in the EdTech industry.
3. Strong understanding of product development and user acquisition strategies specific to the EdTech sector.
4. Proficiency in using analytics tools and understanding data to inform strategy.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a willingness to think outside the box.
6. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
7. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
