Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant work as city manager, sales/revenue generator, business analyst or management consultant

Bachelors/Master's degree preferably in management, analytics, business, or engineering

You showcase excellent leadership skills in leading young and talented teams and the ability to connect with people across teams

Strong foundation in analysis skills using tools like Tableau, powerBI, excel, and other similar tools

Previous experience in digital marketing, growth analytics, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of digital channels, particularly YouTube and Facebook.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Conduct comprehensive channel performance reviews and reports for YouTube and Facebook, evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.

Experience in creating reports and presentations and proficient in data visualization, and project management

Help and support high-level management to visualize strategies into presentation deck for multiple purposes.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the management and escalate issues according to project work plan.

Proven success working with all levels of management.

Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or an MBA.

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Proven experience in a growth hacking, marketing, or similar role in the EdTech industry.

Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a willingness to think outside the box.

Develop and implement unique, creative, and effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analytical measurements to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Monitor and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.

3+ years’ experience in analytic scope

Have experience in SQL as day to day basis

Understanding users journey including trying it yourself, interview, talk to our customers, having FGD, talk to competitors (if possible)

Having close relationships with PMs/STOs and understanding their plan, pain points, and absorbing as much information and hypotheses as possible

Deep diving the hypothesis through our data and validating what’s the impact

Managing experiments with other team to get the best solution

Minimum 4 years of experience in a growth or marketing role

Experience working in financial industry
