Segment Growth Project - Business Development

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

• Propose project approaches that align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Perform analysis, gather data, and engage with stakeholders to identify potential solutions.
• Ensure that the project’s result reflects the segment growth performance or KPI of the project. This includes monitoring the project's success, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating the results to stakeholders.
• Understand the project requirements, identify the context and issues, and ensure that the projects are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Have working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus
• Able to analyze large scale data sets (excel/gsheet) and turn it into meaningful insights
• Have structured problem solving skills, strategic & structured thinking, good analytical thinking, and good presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field
• Comfortable to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
• Excellence top down communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Familiar with SQL and Tableau would be a plus.
• Good team player with positive attitude, self driven, and independent would be a plus
