• Archive all important company documents
• Support presales team in preparing the quotation for client
• Maintain the regulatory file systems to assure clear traceability
• Ensure all company licenses, permits and association certificates are up to date
• Arrange the submission of job tender and quotation
• Administer the company licenses, permits and association certificates
• Perform other duties as requested
• Monitoring company legal documents
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to ensure the completeness of administrative documents
• Conduct evaluation and selection in finding suppliers or vendors
