Job Description
nullResponsibilities


  • Managing project matters of all stores till opening, align with timeline project and coordinate with related department in order to get smooth opening store.
  • Site survey and doing analysis location for new & existing all stores.
  • Achieve the number of target stores expansion based on business target.
  • Maintain relationship with any leasing mall, agent, and owner.
  • Check administration for all new stores and existing stores such as reply to offer letter, complaint letter, LOO, LOI / LOA, invoice, renewal agreement, etc.
  • Monitoring and evaluating potential locations for opening new stores based on planning and strategy development including competitor data analysis.
Requirements


  • A deep understanding of project management.
  • Able to work well within a team or independently.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably finding retail location.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Capable of handling numerous projects in a fastpaced.
