Business Development Supervisor Jobs

A deep understanding of project management.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business/Marketing/related field

• Good business sense and a deep understanding of marketing principles

• Have the passion & drive to achieve target and a collaborative team player

• Good communicator & strong negotiator

• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang

Good organization, Strong project and financial management experience and planning skills

Excellent communication and relationship management skills, interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills, Persuasion and negotiation skills with good time management is required..

Good people skills, Self-motivated, flexible and proactive and experience working cross-culturally

Manage a portfolio of existing donors and creatively plan a stewardship strategy.

Previous working experience managing community in consumer goods, retails, commerce industry, and/or selling product to the market are preferable

Have Minimum 4 years of experience managing strategic sales and online community - from growing, maintaining and creating activation/engagement program

Create new funnel for new business development program, also the strategic to increase the company's income

Lead the development, planning, and execution of community program to support Executive Partner Channel

Grow and increase number of people to join and incrace downline of the community member Executive Partner

Maintain low rate of member community drop out through out of the box and creative online engagement strategy out

Mencari potensial reseller atau affiliator

Mempunyai database reseller atau klien

Melakukan proses penjualan online maupun offline
