Gm - Business Development

On behalf of a prominent group company, Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) of Business Development. As the GM - Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and partnership strategies to drive business growth. You will play a pivotal role in business expansion and establishing strong relationships with partners locally and internationally

What you will do:

• Explore new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's services and growth plans.
• Develop, implement and oversee the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objective.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market development, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide strategic direction to the team and ensure effective communication of targets and expectation.
• Identify and target potential clients and markets to expand the company's reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Utilize market insights to adjust sales strategies and capture emerging trends in the industry.

About you:

• Eager to develop professionally and professionally
• Have experience Outsourcing & Offshoring, Sending Organization (LPK), Human Resources Services, or other related Industry
• Have 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership roles with the last 5+ years acting as a Manager - Head Division
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
