Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the Multinational Medical Device in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Country Leader (GM). The job is based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate business risks.
• Build and maintain customer relationships on a global scale.
• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Navigate international expansion and oversee global operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control.
• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and government agencies.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA) and industry standards.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
• Lead product development and innovation efforts.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control.

Qualifications:

• International business experience is often preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Extensive experience in the medical device industry for 10+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
