Our client, Manufactured high quality precision fasteners and engineered components for automotive Industry, we are looking for "GM Operation Manufacturing".

Responsibilities

• Lead and controls call data OPEX and Budget Manufacturing CAPEX of each department in budget framework.
• Control HSE activities from each department in the Division Manufacturing compliant HSE standardization that applies in order minimize the risks that occur in the division manufacture
• Lead the process planning and updating standardization & SOP from each department based on standard.
• Control Achievement Company, through management manufacturing and production targets aims to help achieve Net Profit After Tax
• Manage, direct and control the plans and activities of all departments in the Plant in order to achieve achievements each department and division that aims to assist the achievement of business strategies that impact on company profits.
• Lead and control the process Making Manufacturing Division Reports based on the realization of target achievement each department on a monthly basis or periodic
• Lead continuous improvement project teams on strategic projects within plant operations.
• Control the proposed data Manufacturing planning based on each department for produce Plant Planning

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Industry (minimum 15 years) & business acumen; drive to expand & grow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in conducting continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
