About The C&B Specialist (Manufacturing) Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing and administering employees' rewards and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
• Advises management team in taking decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees
• Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
• Designs and develops compensation policies
• Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organisation
• Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organisation and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
• Manages, leads and develops C&B Analysts
• Designs policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
• Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction

To succeed in this C&B Specialist (Manufacturing) role, you must have at least eight years of relevant HR experience in the manufacturing industry in global or multinational companies.

Key Requirements

• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Proven track record as a C&B Specialist in global companies with matrix reporting
• Strong in stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in computerised accounting, engineering or any relevant fields
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
