LOC Omnichannel (OC) Execution Lead

Advises management team in taking decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees

Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget

Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction

Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company

Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organisation

Manages, leads and develops C&B Analysts

Process (performance) management & BPI skills

Notify status, requirements, activities an close of the current collection period IO COE Departments and QCT

Maintains existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools)

Data analysis/Data mining experience (experience with tools and higher-level analytics, ability to interrogate raw data, to draw conclusions and make recommendations)

Knowledge of Nielsen products, and other functions

Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams

Work with manufacturing engineers, operations managers, and IT professionals to define system requirements

3+ years of experience in MES development or implementation

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Design, implement, and maintain MES systems

Develop and test MES software

Install and configure MES systems
