Job Description

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, Indonesia’s leading independent brewery, developing and distributing a distinctive range of beer brands for the national and international markets.


:

  • Manage brand budgets, including planning and allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with advertising and promotional guidelines.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, market share, and brand perception, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse market and competitive trends and provide recommendations to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, such as distributors, retailers, and influencers, to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, packaging design, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.


Job Requirement:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify target audiences, develop compelling brand positioning, and create effective marketing campaigns. Proficiency in market research, consumer insights, and brand development is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in managing F&B product portfolios and brands is desirable.
  • Having a genuine interest in the alcohol beverage industry and a passion for alcoholic beverage products, and understand the culture and lifestyle associated with them.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, online advertising, and e-commerce. Understanding of data analytics and performance tracking to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate brand messages and concepts to internal teams, external partners, and consumers. Strong presentation skills to present marketing plans and campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to lead and influence others, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Min 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the alcohol beverage industry, F&B, or FMCG with a Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • In-depth understanding of the alcohol beverage industry, including knowledge of consumer preferences, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with alcoholic beverage production, distribution channels, and retail landscape is highly beneficial.
