Brand Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Measuring and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Implement the brand strategy in order to ensure the achievement of the sales target and profitability
• Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand
• Analyze market data and sales trend to set up annual budget, in terms of revenue, expenditures and profitability
• Develop marketing strategy in order to ensure the campaign aligns with brand objective, together with marketing team
• Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

Requirements:

• Have experience in leading online and offline campaigns
• Able to think creatively and innovatively
• Have at least 5 - 6 years experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industries
• Able to identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Drive for results and leaderships skills
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Able to communicate & discuss with sales team about market condition
• Strong research and analytical skills
