As we continue to expand our operations and uphold our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Manager to lead our production facility.

Position: Plant Manager

Location: Cicau, Cikarang Selatan

Reporting to: General Manager, Director, President Director

Job Summary:

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our poduction plant. Your primary focus will be on driving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals and will have a direct impact on the success and growth of the company.

Operational Leadership:

• Foster a culture of productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments to align production processes with business objectives.
• (PROD, ENG, PPIC, QUALITY, MTN,COST)
• Develop and implement strategic plans & KPI to optimize plant operations.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues promptly.
• Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Team Management:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster a motivated and engaged workforce.
• Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and address any performance-related issues.
• Train, asses and develop a high-performing team of production staff.

Cost Control and Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the plant's operating budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.

Requirements:

• Age: 40-53 y.o
• Proven experience (5+ years) in plant management or related roles within the stamping/welding automotive manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational targets and driving business success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve production goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
