Senior Plant Manager - Plant Kamal, Jakarta barat

Job Descripstion:

• Ensuring safety for all factory members including those in projects and keeping the factory environment clean and having safe standards.
• Ensuring teamwork and responsibility for each team member.
• Responsible for labor hours and overtime hours that do not exceed regulations and achieve company targets
• Responsible for all batching plant assets and inventory, especially those related to material loss and gain.
• Ensure availability and function of all equipment, including ensuring scheduled maintenance. Ensure and control calibration on all equipment.
• Avoid losses, especially in the use of concrete.
• Ensure smooth production process based on available schedule and quality of concrete produced.
• Responsible for the use of MAXIMO for inspections, corrective actions, warranty equipment, and preventive maintenance schedules at the Factory.
• Ensuring concrete production and sales to find projects around the factory.
• Make sure all administration has been completed for customer billing.

• Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time-management and leadership skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Previous working experience as Ready Mix Plant Manager for 5 years
