Procurement Manager Jobs

* Collaborate with key internal/external stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement cost savings negotiations strategies. Lead projects and initiatives geared towards reducing consumption and delivering lower piece pricing.
* Works with Executive Mgmt. to develop business unit and/or corporate-wide strategies that align with Company goals and objectives.
* Responsible for the end-to-end procurement function of all spend relating categories.
* Recommend new process or system for improvement.
* Implement new ideas & strategies for procurement.
* Ensure improvement of cost savings initiatives.
* Ensures that all purchasing activities are compliance with requirements as well as company policies and guidelines.
* Explores and sources new potential vendors/ suppliers.
* Evaluate and analyze current vendor spend and contracts to determine potential savings and determine best suppliers to utilize.
* Ensures that all purchasing reports are accurate and timely submit to Finance & Accounting Director.
* Manage and lead the procurement team, and to define the business plan to negotiate and realise negotiated agreements which meet the needs of the Company.
* Focus on developing and managing supplier base, build strong relations with the vendors to drive value through the supply chain
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in any fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement field at Hospital or Clinics.
* Good command in English (both spoken and written) ) and good computer literacy; Microsoft Excel (min. intermediate level).
* Having SAP or ERP knowledge and experience, manufacturing background will be an added advantage.
* Passion to handle and interact with change management, service, work under pressure, and work independently.
* Good at communication, influencing, negotiation, presentation, analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and people management skills.
