Job Summary

• Coordinate, and monitor packaging and process development (innovationvation , renovation) and ensure the new product has meet the target of the bussiness requirement.
• Initiate and monitor the packaging production process improvement initiatives in order to enhance the efficiency and/or quality of product packaging according to the packaging specification.
• Anticipate, assess and analyze the gap and take follow up action.
• Work closely with Global team and also cross functional team especially Factory Team

Key Requirements

• Proactive and work under pressure
• Background Education min bachelor's degree Food Technologist, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering
• Understand about packing process in food liquid product.
• Detail oriented on work on data.
• Good Leadership & Good Communication
• Capability to deal with complexity.
• Having an Experienced in Packaging & Process Development min 1 - 2 years
• Understand about general packaging material (paper, flexible, corrugated, rigid packaging), printing process, and packaging development process.
• Have good communication and coordination especially with Factory Team
