: As the Assistant Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our production processes to the next level. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the Production Manager to ensure products are produced in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinating with various functions of the company to create an optimized production schedule that maximizes resources.
• Ensuring strict compliance with ISO, Environmental, Health and Safety, food and feed safety requirements, and other relevant management systems.
• Implementing effective control mechanisms and continuous improvement strategies to achieve high productivity, operational efficiency, and maintain product quality.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO22000 standards.
• Minimum of 8 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in palm oil/food-related industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and plant and equipment improvement, upgrading, and maintenance.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
