Our HR Supply Chain team is embarking on an exciting journey! As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in supporting our factory's human resources functions and ensuring the success of our workforce.

What can you expect from the role?

• HRBP is the champion of People Development by facilitating and building effective leaders with skills and capabilities that the business group, unit, or business area need
• HRBPs also work together with factory leaders on organization design, workforce planning, overheads management, change management, and engagement
• HRBP partners with factory leaders by supporting, coaching, and facilitating to help them achieve their business goals

• Demonstrated experience in talent development and performance management
• Agility and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic factory environment
• We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of industrial relations and labor laws
• Excellent people management and communication skills
