About The Role
As an Insider Threat Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks posed by insiders within the organization. Your focus will be on detecting and preventing intentional or unintentional harm to the organization's assets, reputation, and overall security posture. This challenging position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct investigations, and contribute to the enhancement of insider threat monitoring and detection processes.
What You Will Do

• Utilize security tools and technologies to monitor and analyze employee behavior, proactively identifying and addressing potential insider threats
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of insider threat monitoring and detection processes and procedures
• Play a vital role in incident response activities, assisting in containment, evidence collection, and post-incident analysis to mitigate the impact of security incidents
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to investigate suspicious activities, policy violations, and unauthorized data access, ensuring timely resolution
• Support the team in conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential insider threat scenarios, enabling proactive risk management

What You Will Need

• At least 3 years of work experience in Cyber Security, preferably with exposure to CSOC and/or Incident Response environments.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as cybersecurity, information technology, or criminology, to provide a solid foundation for this role.
• In-depth knowledge of insider threat concepts, risk assessment methodologies, security controls, and tools.
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity, ensuring the organization's trust in your capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively assess and interpret data to identify insider threat patterns.
