CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

We’re very excited to be launching a new role at our client’s Jakarta office that will be critical to the growth of their business in the country.

We’re looking for a solicitor with broad corporate and commercial expertise, who would enjoy working with the client’s diverse international client base.

Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with the client’s other specialist functions
• Carrying out legal duties and contract preparations alongside the other internal team
• Customising terms and conditions and commercial contracts
• Assisting the HR team with any employment related queries
• Working closely with the Head Office management
• Assisting clients’ business incorporation, advising on documentation, reviewing best practice and legal compliance issues

What We Are Looking for:

• 2+ years PQE
• Excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience of corporate legal services is essential
• Experience to employment and commercial law is an advantage
• Must have a current practicing certificate
