Corporate Strategy Associate (Portfolio Company)

Position:

We are hiring for a Corporate Strategy Associate for one of our direct-to-consumer companies. They are providing a one-stop solution child development ecosystem. Bringing together Indonesia's top pediatric and childhood development experts and curating science-backed products and services to support children's physical as well as mental growth.

Key Roles:

• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies based on changing business dynamics
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support business decisions and company initiatives
• Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide insightful commentary on variances
• Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborating with senior leaders to determine and prioritize business strategies.

Key Attributes:

• Experience in data analysis
• Exposure to both the strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience (Management consulting background is a plus)
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication
• Solid analytical and functional skills. Ability to think and connect the dots / see the big picture without losing sight of details
• Experience in financial planning and business modeling
