Automation Strategy Associate Jobs

As an Associate Automation Strategy, you will be a vital contributor to our organization's automation initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define automation strategies, manage project lifecycles, and drive continuous improvement. Your insights and contributions will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the creation of clear and comprehensive documentation and training materials for new automation solutions
• Collaborate with the AdSolutions team to gather comprehensive requirements, user stories, and use cases for automation projects, ensuring alignment with team needs, visions, and feedback
• Assist in overseeing the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from initial concept ideation to successful execution and implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and operations, to conceptualize, design, and develop effective automation solutions
• Contribute to the formulation of strategies aimed at continuously improving existing automation processes and workflows
• Contribute to the prioritization of automation projects, considering business impact, resource availability, and strategic objectives
• Provide operational support by assisting the operational team in resolving challenges related to our automation platform
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot automation-related product issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions

What This Role Needs

• Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data for informed decision-making
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business)
• Detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of experience in roles related to automation, process improvement, product management, or a similar field

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in developing and implementing successful automation strategies
