What you will do:

Associate lawyer’s role is to assist Senior Associates and Partners of Corporate Commercial in providing legal advice to the clients. As an Associate, you will help your superior to create an effective case management in a complex and often unprecedented legal issues faced by the clients and at the same time, nurturing client's relationship and growing your professional development.

Desired skills and experience:

• Ability to work in a team, as well as on a self-directed basis, demonstrate attention to details, and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must, including both written and verbal communication.
• Hold a PERADI license.
• Hold a Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable law school with strong academic track record.
• At least 3 years of professional working experience handling corporate and commercial legal matters in practice area such as: Corporate Merger & Acquisition, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Corporate Secretarial and Employment.
• Excellent case management and strong client service.
