The S-Quantum Engine is Sinarmas Financial Services' Digital Factory - focused on transforming one of Indonesia's largest financial services groups to match the increasingly digital demands of today's financial services sector.

Who you will be working with

The Strategy Associate will be reporting to our Head of Strategy within the SMMA Strategy and Digital Office (SDO)

The Strategy and Digital Office is responsible for the corporate strategy, digital product development and digital transformation of the Sinarmas Financial Services group of companies – from banking, insurance, securities, leasing, and even cryptocurrencies.

Specifically, the division shall:

• Lead execution of organic & inorganic growth initiatives
• Identify and drive cross Business Unit product & business synergy
• Develop long-term strategy for business units
• Identify digital product opportunities and coordinate resources for discovery, design, development, and launch

What you will be doing

The Strategy Associate will contribute to the crafting, calculation, and communications the Group’s and Business Units’ strategy – from inorganic growth, digital products, or even go-to-market motions. You are expected to:

• Model and quantify business opportunity and economics
• Work closely with Business Unit senior management in crafting corporate strategy
• Produce and present strategy documents to Business Unit C-suite and Group Board Members
• Frame and co-create research initiatives with the Strategy and Digital Office’s business intelligence & research team
• Manage Product and Engineering budget and timelines for key digital strategy initiatives

What you need to have

· 3+ years of experience management consulting, deals advisory

· Degree in business or related field, preferred

· Excellent financial modelling and presentation skills

· The ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems and structure solutions

· Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and be persuasive when necessary

· Strong time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines

· Self-awareness and ability to assess personal performance
