As a Strategy Executive/Senior Executive, you will be reporting to the Strategy Manager. You will learn the fundamentals of insighting and strategy development, and how they perform against business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop category, competitive, and audience reports, then translate these into learnings and recommendations to clients
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions with internal and external partners to learn how to generate effective connections ideas
- Monitor industry trends and their impact on consumers and businesses
- Assist the strategy team with plan and insights development
- Support new business pitches when required
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, highly proactive, and is a self-starter
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably with all levels of seniority
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
