Get to know the Role :

We are looking for a Strategy Associate/Senior Associate to join our Strategy team. The person in this role will have ability for first-principle based problem solving and thriving in ambiguity, have ability & passion to manage data at scale and generate actionable business insights, have ability to prioritize & execute well, and have strong communication and experience in managing stakeholders.

As Strategy Associate/Senior Associate you will be working closely with the Head of Strategy on strategy & special projects including Growth (Pricing, New Product development, Brand due diligence etc.), and Operations (Sales & Operations Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment). This hire will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you will do?

• Management Reporting: Support the development of key updates for the board/ investors on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Strategic initiatives/projects: Support/lead the planning & execution of strategic initiatives that will drive significant impact for the business
• Strategy Development & Planning: Support the development & creation of corporate strategy, brand strategy & implementation plans based on robust internal & external data analysis
• Market intelligence: Identify, synthesize and communicate external market trends and competitor activities

Who are we looking for?

Must Have

• Strong track record of working with and influencing multiple stakeholders
• 2 to 4 years experience in consulting, analytics or in-house strategy
• Hypothesis based data-driven problem solving approach
• High ownership, driven to learn new skills and deliver results
• Effective written and spoken communication skills
• Strong excel modeling
• Bachelor Degree required from top-tier university

Highly preferred

• Experience in SQL
• Experience working in a Startup or FMCG
