What Will You Do

1. Collaborating with senior leaders to determine and prioritize business strategies.
2. Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
3. Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
4. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support business decisions and company initiatives
5. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide insightful commentary on variances
6. Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies based on changing business dynamics

What You Will Need

1. 2+ years of professional experience (Management consulting background is a plus)
2. Experience in data analysis (spreadsheet ninja is a must!)
3. Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication
4. Experience in financial planning and business modeling
5. Exposure to both the strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
6. Solid analytical and functional skills. Ability to think and connect the dots / see the big picture without losing sight of details
