As the VP of Corporate Strategy & Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects, managing investor relationships and FP&A, ensuring financial health, and mitigating risks associated with the company's strategic decisions to ensure long-term success.

What Will You Do

1. Collaborate with the C-level to drive financial planning and decision-making across the organization.
2. Provide guidance and support to other departments to ensure strategic projects are delivered efficiently and in a timely manner.
3. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
4. Conduct forecasting exercises to guide resource allocation and support strategic planning efforts.
5. Provide insightful analysis of financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

What You Will Need

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of Corporate Strategy experience
3. Experience in Management Consulting is preferred
4. Experience working in both startup and corporate environments is highly preferable.
5. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
6. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.
7. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
8. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
