Corporate Strategy Lead Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, assess and communicate to the Board on high level business impacts and risks.
• Develop the right financial way to estimate cash flow and profit potential
• Lead and develop high-performing deal teams with advanced financial modeling and transaction execution knowledge and general management skills.
• Maintain relationship with investors, partners and other stakeholders
• Monitor company performances regularly to ensure company’s profitability
• Take the actions necessary to follow up on partnership opportunities
• Responsible for end-to-end fundraising activities and provide necessary documents for fundraising that includes pitch deck, financial projection, internal data and other commercial documents
• Lead various corporate development initiatives that relates to strategic review on industry trend, new business initiatives, M&A and restructuring activity

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment
• Confirmed valuation knowledge and strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
• Proven Experience overseeing financial modelling, including providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of analysis
• Master’s degree preferred
