Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading property technology company seeking a Head of Corporate Strategy. You will analyze the entire business operations using data-driven insights, focusing on P&L, revenue, and overall business performance. Your strategic guidance and planning will be pivotal in driving revenue growth across all business lines within the organization. Working closely with the Country Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor, akin to a CEO office role, contributing significantly to achieving the company's strategic objectives. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data to provide meaningful insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand the company's financial performance, including P&L, revenue trends, and business metrics across different departments and units.
Business Planning and Strategy Development:
- Formulate long-term and short-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership, to develop a cohesive and data-backed business strategy.
Revenue Optimization:
- Propose innovative strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
- Assess existing revenue streams and explore new revenue-generating avenues across all business lines.
Consulting and Advisory:
- Participate in high-level meetings, providing valuable input to shape the company's direction.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Director, offering expert insights, recommendations, and guidance on critical business matters.
Competitive Analysis:
- Develop actionable plans to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and potential threats.
Performance Evaluation:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of business strategies.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust them as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar role within technology companies.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives that resulted in revenue growth and improved business performance.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to think critically and devise innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, P&L, and revenue analysis.
