Job Description
Expected Contribution For This Role
  • Support the formulation of the company's strategy based on risk and opportunity assessment, clear issue identification (so what ie the importance of the issue at hand), and comprehensive analyses.
  • Execute strategic initiative projects in a small team/cross-functional or individually
Responsibilities
  • Perform the development of business cases to support the decision-making of the new strategic project initiatives
  • Conduct research on critical issues that will shape the company's longer-term strategy
  • Help align BU's strategy with the company's strategy.
  • Analyse the performance of the company's business portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Support the running of the company's corporate strategy process development and cadence
  • To perform daily activities in strategic project functions to ensure initiatives are planned and fulfill the strategic intention on time by developing an implementation plan with a clear milestone
  • Help influence a high-performance culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
  • Highly comfortable in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter and independent learner with a rebel mindset and with initiative to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • MBA or a Master degree is a plus
  • Min 5 years of working experience with three years of experience from consulting companies or strategy/ management consulting experience or corporate strategy/ planning experience
  • Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
