Join our Deals Strategy and Operation team, a key component of our comprehensive Transaction Services, where you will play an indispensable role in developing, managing, and running strategic operations. Your contribution will be instrumental in enhancing our service delivery and providing unparalleled value to our clientele. We are seeking a proactive professional to drive strategic initiatives, foster enduring client relationships, and unlock the full potential of our team to deliver exceptional business value.
Our team focuses on enabling rapid integration for our clients, capturing synergies, and expediting a swift return to "business as usual", increasing shareholder value, and freeing up resources for reinvestment in core operations. Our expertise extends to integration specialists and functional specialists who manage and coordinate overall integration activities, enterprise-wide, and provide tactical experience in critical functional areas as needed.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Manager, you will join a team of accomplished problem solvers, with comprehensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues. Your day-to-day activities will involve assisting in delivering a wide range of concurrent deal and post-deal assignments, serving as the primary client contact, and actively participating in business development activities.
- Managing a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above.
- Assessing the market and identifying opportunities.
- Preparing and reviewing strategic planning, business plans, financial statements, and similar planning-related output.
- Active involvement in financial management of clients.
- Creating strategies to address complex technical challenges.
- Management and delivery of large projects.
- Development of your own and team's technical acumen.
- Training, coaching, and supervising staff.
- Staying updated with local and national business and economic issues.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting strategy.
- Working knowledge in data analytics (advantage).
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Six Sigma certification (highly regarded).
- Experience in project management, operations, deals, or strategy.
- Exposure to industries such as logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, FMCD, Telco, and Media.
