About the Role:

We are searching for a Project Management Office (PMO) Associate to join our team. As the PMO Associate, your role will be pivotal in steering the execution of partnership projects with a sustainability emphasis. Leveraging your expertise in engineering or business within the industry, you will lead initiatives that align with our mission while having a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a culture of action, independence, and innovative thinking within project teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partner organizations, nurturing collaboration and shared achievements.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing potential risks and uncertainties to ensure project success.
• Guide cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure the seamless execution of projects while fostering innovation.
• Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to gauge success, identify areas for enhancement, and capture valuable insights.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Lead and manage projects with Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) and other partners, ensuring successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Leverage your background in engineering or business within the industry to drive the strategic direction of partnership projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, strategize, and execute partnership projects focused on sustainability and waste reduction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to drive results, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Familiarity with sustainable packaging solutions is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, particularly in the industry, with a focus on sustainability and waste reduction initiatives.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of steering projects with a sustainability focus to successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
