Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, strategize, and execute partnership projects focused on sustainability and waste reduction.

Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment.

The role of a sustainability manager involves the following duties:

Methodology (BREEAM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assessments

Conducting site assessments and producing reports on findings Initiating renewable energy assessments

Advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies organizing and chairing meetings

Communicating plans to project teams and senior staff.

Improvise and execute an overall program management and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processes.

Support the Management in the development and execution of sustainability initiatives.

Good understanding of risk management and credit risk issues.

Demonstrated proactive in driving change, influencing and reporting to management.

Manage the due diligence on all business unit's Sustainability Policies.

Create a framework to embed ESG metrics in credit risk assessments within the banking and finance sectors.

Min. 8 years of working experience in various role, 2 years in sustainability role.

Good leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, presentation, and data analysis skills.

Develop, coordinate and update strategy, policies and actions plan for the group and subsidiaries.

Track and report status on all Sustainability metrics.

Communicate internally and externally on progress, commitments and key reports.

Develop & coordinate CSR initiatives with HR in all countries / companies to improve Social impacts with Employees and Communities.

Master's of business administration with a concentration in general management, finance or marketing

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Partner with research and development, supply chain and operations to ensure a high success rate of commercialization.

Performing Business Development as customer facing to give solution on sustainability.

Assist with third party audit program including scheduling, audit quality assurance, tracking performance and cost management.

Over 7-10 years of work experience in manufacturing environment as well as corporate sustainability.

Strong technical and analytical capabilities

Strong written and oral communications skills in English

Experience in navigating and synthesizing various viewpoints

Degree in science, engineering and related fields.
