About the role
One of our rapidly growing software-based/SaaS portfolio companies is looking to hire a PMO who will report directly to a senior management lead.
s:
- Provide leadership, motivation and collaboration to project team as well as key departments who are involved
- Responsible for overall management of all key initiatives of the business and focus on projects who can bring and drive impact to the business’ top and bottom line targets, as well as business growth target
- Prepare and finalise process mapping & business process improvement
- Support in framing business problems, find and analyse relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Drive improvements into the PMO program across company and ensure deliverables are achieved at most efficient rate
- Visualise overall project progress, schedule and escalate any project issues and potential risks
- Lead the initiation process for project requests, works with project sponsors, key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that business cases and project are appropriately documented
- Coordinate with cross discipline team members and key leadership to make sure that all parties are on track delivering the project milestones, deadlines, etc
- Monitor the overall performance of relevant business stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details
- Strong work ethic and proven track record working in teams
- Bachelor degree in relevant study, preferably someone with Master/MBA degree
- Required Skills: Project Management, Business Intelligence, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy
- Experience in the technology industry preferred
- Adaptable, agile, and willing to learn
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
