Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that offers exposure to the inner workings with one of the number 1 brands in Indonesia such as Rumah123? We are looking for a member of the CEO Team, at the 99 Group where you will embark on a journey to become a super-connector and will gain a unique vantage point, working closely with our CEO to understand and shape the company's vision and strategy. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various functions across the organisation providing you with a learning experience very few other roles can offer!

Your responsibilities will be ever evolving and will include :

• Act as the CEO’s right hand, assisting with ideation and research of early stage initiatives, providing metric based company insights for direction and potential risks, and advising status of organisational goals. You will be a crucial member of executing the CEO’s vision and company strategy to drive the overall success of the organisation
• Create internal and external communications for the CEO, the Leadership team and the Board that leverage data to tell stories that are visually engaging and provide a consistent tone and message
• Ensuring the smooth running of processes across the organisation involving contributing to planning cycles, agendas, meetings, SOPs and the overall enhancement of efficiency and productivity company-wide
• As a “Swiss Army Knife” you will take on a range of special initiatives and processes across the various existing and developing business verticals.

What you need to be/have:

• 5 years of relevant experience in product management, growth marketing, consulting and other similar fields (founders/entrepreneurs most welcome)
• An analytical nature with a passion to increase efficiency and productivity
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A “can do” attitude with high EQ to connect with all stakeholders
