• Strategic role as a part of the leadership team for a leading B2B marketplace in Indonesia

Our client is Indonesia's largest online B2B marketplace, backed by leading VCs in the region. They are making a strategic hire who will have an immediate impact on the company's growth by prioritizing the urgency & complexity of the business agenda on a daily basis as well as mid-term, leading strategic initiatives, and driving program management.

The Role

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, to achieve the vision of the company as well as to lead the company expansion.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Driving & leading commercial teams toward meeting business objectives
• Act as an integral part of the senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
• Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads

Ideal Profile

• You have a solid Strategy Consulting background, with broad-based experience with understanding all business functions including Finance, Sales, etc.
• You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organized, and are able to multitask effectively.
• You have experience driving & managing projects along with strong influencing skills as well as proven strategic thinking and execution capability
• You have experience in client-facing roles & a strong commercial mindset
• You have a nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
