:

- you are responsible to the Chairman of the Company, you implement and execute the decisions of the Chairman

- you formulate development strategy together with the decision-making team

- you prepare the annual development work plan according to the Company's strategy and supervise and evaluate of the achievement of work targets.

- Internally, you establish and build up the company's operation management system and organize its implementation

- Externally, you establish, optimize and improve the business management system, and develop business processes and related management systems.

- You are responsible for B2B-buisiness of the company group, set up a team for market development and lead the team to develop new channels.

Job requirements:

- You have bachelor’s degree or above and you can speak fluent English and Indonesian, fluent in Chinese is preferred

- You are familiar with the combined business model of traditional manufacturing industry and Internet e-commerce enterprises, strong in marketing planning and business promotion

- You are very strong in resource integration, project co-ordination and execution, you have a big picture view and innovative thinking

- You can manage brands, you can do great teamwork and excellent presentation and you have communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics

- You have professional knowledge of marketing, brand management and market planning

- You have 8 years or more of relevant management experience in large groups, with overseas management and market development related work experience, and relevant work experience in Top 500 companies is preferable.
