Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the SELIN Club team to develop and expand the education network in Indonesia by identifying potential partner schools, institutions, and educators.
2. Reach out to teachers, educators, and educational institutions within Indonesia to build relationships and partnerships for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
3. Conduct remote presentations and workshops to showcase SELIN Club's educational programs and benefits to potential partners.
4. Provide guidance and support to partner schools and educators in Indonesia in implementing SELIN Club's programs and educational resources.
5. Act as a mentor and resource person for teachers, sharing best practices, innovative teaching methods, and effective educational strategies.
6. Develop and deliver remote training sessions for teachers on SELIN Club's educational tools, platforms, and resources.
7. Assist in organizing and coordinating remote educational events, webinars, and conferences for teachers and educators based in Indonesia.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and research in the education sector within Indonesia and share relevant insights with the team and partner educators.
9. Collect feedback and insights from partner schools and educators in Indonesia to enhance SELIN Club's programs and offerings specific to the local context.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input on educational content creation, marketing strategies, and promotional materials tailored for the Indonesian market.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification is preferred.
2. Prior teaching experience in primary, secondary, or higher education settings in Indonesia.
3. Excellent knowledge and understanding of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and educational practices relevant to the Indonesian education system.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teachers, educators, and partner institutions remotely.
5. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging remote presentations and workshops to diverse audiences.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
7. Proficiency in using remote teaching tools and educational technology platforms.
8. Familiarity with educational networking and collaboration platforms is a plus.
9. Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the education sector within Indonesia.
