Job Description

KADIN Indonesia Business Service Desk in collaboration with PUM Netherlands (Programma Uitzending Managers) is looking for a Local Staff and Project Officer (Part-Time). As PUM's in-country representative, the Rep carries out the PUM-strategy and policy in the country. The Officer is responsible for meeting the assigned project target according to the CIP and the quality of the projects according to PUM-policy. For the execution of the assignment, the Officer has (ad hoc) project reports at its disposal. For monitoring the quality, PUM has communication and collaboration systems and business processes (including Microsoft 365, Teams and Dynamics) available.


TASKS:

  • Qualify potential clients;
  • Set up and participate in Project Development Visit meetings.
  • Identify, attract and engage new leads and opportunities;
  • Provide support to the client in the communication with PUM during the entire relationship;
  • Assist in the organisation and participation in Country Team Meetings (CTM);
  • Provide support to the Expert(s) during the execution on site;
  • Ensure account management for existing customers and stakeholders;
  • Explore the local market situation to provide input for the CIP;
  • Take part in setting up plans of approach in collaboration with the project team and the clients;
  • Screen PUM-clients;
  • Provide clear information on PUM-client’ needs and goals;
  • Take part in briefings and debriefings;


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the field of SMEs;
  • Good knowledge of country-specific economic and administrative structures;
  • Understanding of technical and economic issues;
  • Digitally proficient;
  • Very good English linguistic proficiency, as well as country-specific language skills;
  • Willing to carry out administrative and organisational work independently
  • Acquisition skills in public and private sector;
  • Experience in both public and private sector programme development and/or programme management.
  • Knowledge about the local social economic circumstances, language and culture;
  • Willing to participate in PUM conferences and training sessions;
  • Reliable access to modern media;
  • Commitment to and sharing of the organisation's vision and purpose;
  • Connected to a large network of SMEs;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
