Digital Designer (Part Time, 0.5 Role)

Digital Designer

Part time opportunity - 20 hours per week

We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and motivated designer to join our design team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role which we will initially be looking in a part-time capacity with potential to go full-time will be responsible for a breadth of design requirements and so needs to be experienced in both traditional graphic design as well digital.

Key job duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all design assets
• Act as a partner to field marketing stakeholders and ensure marketing goals are achieved by translating their briefs into creative deliverables
• Create, manage and produce design solutions for various uses namely, social media graphics, reports, infographics, presentations, event collateral, web landing pages and email templates
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and see through the execution of creative ideas from concept through tactical production tasks
• Use digital design and development tools to create digital designs and use front-end development skills to convert data to a graphical interface through HTML, CSS and Javascript

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design
• 5+ years of professional design experience

Knowledge and skills:

• Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; adaptable and able to work on many projects with many people at the same time
• Experience with digital design and development tools including HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Strong eye for typography, photography, and layout
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
