Project Manager (Relocation To Bangkok)

Role overview

As a Project Manager (Product) you will be part of our Product Team. Your role is to improve existing and establish new processes for scaling the Product team's capabilities. As part of this role, you will improve and build processes, ensure the delivery of projects, monitor progress against core KPIs, and build reports and presentations for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations with the product management team.
• Implement new processes and improve existing ones to grow the operations of the Product team.
• Ensure delivery of cross-functional product projects with the highest quality and velocity.

Requirements

General requirements

• Strong prioritization skills
• Ability to take ownership of cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with process tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Notion
• Experience designing, rolling out, and improving organizations' processes
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Outstanding communication skills to keep everyone aligned on the core problem we are addressing
• Previous experience working in a process-oriented role in Product Management is desired
• Experience with Software products and SaaS

Nice to have

• Experience working with Data tools (e.g. SQL) and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Metabase)
• Experience working with external partners and vendors
• Experience building processes in a large organization with a special focus on Product Management
• Experience with process automation via e.g. Zapier
• Experience with tools like Intercom, Hubspot, Fiverr, Figma, Lokalise, etc.
